BCCDC is a North Carolina nonprofit community development corporation created out of the need to implement a community-based conduit that would create programs offering an array of intervention and preventive services for underserved individuals and families residing in North Carolina.
BCCDC works collaboratively with other agencies, i.e. housing, employment and training, health department, community based organizations, etc. in order to provide the necessary services to each of its clients.
